Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants: (a) each nominal lender, H and I made a loan broker, (b) the J made a loan broker, (c) one-time loan broker, K, L, M, N,O, or name from which the name cannot be known, and (d) Qu head of the PP office, the name of which is unknown. The Defendants made a false lease contract and a false certificate of employment in the name of the above H, etc., in collusion with the above H, and made a false loan under the name of the above H, etc., and divide it by taking over the entire loan funds from financial institutions at a low interest rate for ordinary people.
1. Defendant A, in collusion with R, I, H, and Qu chief, L, and N, who is one in which the name of the Defendant is unknown, is not the former revenue source of 103 Dong Dong-dong 103, Nam-gu, Incheon, Incheon, which is the Defendant’s wife, despite that R is not the former revenue source of 103 Dong-dong 103, L, Q head of Qu, and N, as if R is an employee of U, made a false lease contract as if R was the lessee of the above 103, and R, around June 2, 2012, applied for a loan by submitting the aforementioned false lease contract, certificate of employment, etc. to the subordinate branch of the new bank located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, and then acquired KRW 300,000,000 from the Defendant’s employees and the Defendant’s funds were acquired from the Defendant on June 8, 2012.
