A corporation established for the purpose of building management services, etc., Defendant A, and D are the head of the field team, F, G, and H in the building management field in E-building management field managed by the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. and engaged in the building management services.
1. The FF retired from office from office from March 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013, and then applied for unemployment benefits on January 8, 2014, and received unemployment benefits from that time. From February 3, 2014, the F had been employed at the building management site of the BA and provided labor from February 3, 2014. However, around April 2, 2015, H applied for unemployment benefits by hiding the above employment status at the Seoul Mbak Employment Center located in Guro-gu, Seoul, Guro-gu, Seoul, and applying for eligibility for benefits by receiving the total amount of unemployment benefits paid four times from April 16, 2015 to July 6, 2015, and by receiving the total amount of unemployment benefits paid up to 2,691,760 won.
