Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

(3) The Defendant, upon receiving an application for recognition of eligibility for job-seeking benefits from the Employment Center at the Local Employment Center at Ansan-si 303 on November 6, 2014, received unemployment benefits for 180 days, and received unemployment benefits for 30 days from January 5, 2015 to March 25, 2015, he/she would be willing to receive unemployment benefits for 30 days from around 15: (1) around 203: (2) around 15, he/she received unemployment benefits for 13: (3) around 20: (4) around 20, he/she received unemployment benefits for 15: (1) around 20: (2) around 15, 206; (2) around 15, 201; and (3) around 20, he/she received unemployment benefits for 13:5,000 won from the said Employment Center; and (3) around 15, 2015.

As a result, the defendant deceives the employees of the Ansan Employment Center in a total of four times by fraud or other improper means.
