1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from July 14, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment without pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. As the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings were promulgated by Presidential Decree No. 29768 on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019 and the day of full payment after the day of full payment, shall be dismissed, and the exceeding portion shall be dismissed.
