1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Attached drawings among the first floor of the building stated in the attached list, shall be indicated in (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), and (6);

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment without pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal enter into force on May 21, 2019 as amended and promulgated by Presidential Decree No. 29768, Jun. 1, 2019, only 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a duplicate of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019 and 12% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment, shall be recognized, and the exceeding part shall be dismissed.
