A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in the import and sale of livestock products under the trade name of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C building and 509 "D".

1. No livestock product, the expiration date marked on the store of which has passed shall be sold, nor shall be treated, processed, packaged, imported, stored, transported, or displayed for sale;

Nevertheless, around February 13, 2015, the Defendant kept 852 cans of sugar 852 cans of sugar 2,556kg (hereinafter the same shall apply) that is a processed meat product in the form of canned, the circulation period of which is up to October 4, 2013, at the warehouse located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and 603 places of business, and kept 138 cans of sugar 138 cans of sugar 414 km around February 16, 2015, and kept 6,018 cans of sugar 18,054 ggs of sugar, the circulation period of which is over, as mentioned above, at the end of a factory in the waste factory located in the Yongsan-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, Seoul, and 603 places of business around February 14, 2015.

Accordingly, the Defendant stored livestock products with the expiration of the distribution period for sale.

2. No one shall make a false labelling, exaggerated advertisement, slander, or exaggerated packaging with respect to the names, manufacturing methods, ingredients, dietitians, raw materials, uses and quality of livestock products and their packaging;

Nevertheless, from February 11, 2015 to February 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) marked the distribution period on May 4, 2015, 2015; (b) marked the distribution period on each canned meat of 84 cans, which is a processed meat product in the form of canned, marked by October 4, 2013; and (c) marked the distribution date on October 17, 2015, using a stamp, etc.; and (d) marked the distribution date on May 4, 2015 as if the said milk was a livestock product within the distribution period; and (e) marked the distribution period on August 18, 2015, the 138 cans of sugar with the aforementioned method as indicated; and (e) marked the distribution period on August 18, 2015.
