The sentence against the accused shall be determined by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 30, 2012, the Defendant extended 2.5m wide, 7m high, 2m high, and 40.95m wide size of 40.95m wide size to the above building for the purpose of using it as a field display site without reporting to the head of the competent authority on December 30, 2012.
