Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of the Cudio, a building with the fifth floor above the ground in the Geum-gu, Busan.

A person who intends to extend, remodel, or reconstruct a building, the total floor area of which does not exceed 85 square meters, shall file a building report with the head of the competent Gu.

Nevertheless, on September 2013, the Defendant, without reporting the extension of the building, extended the room of 40.3 square meters on the fourth floor of the above building by using the prefabricated-type board.
