1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff (appointed party) and the selected each amount of money stated in the overdue wages by the annexed Appointor.

1. The designated parties, including the Plaintiff’s indication of the claim, provide labor under employment of the Defendant for each of the periods indicated in the overdue wages by the designated parties in attached Form.

However, the defendant shall not pay wages until 14 days have elapsed from the date of retirement. The defendant shall claim for the payment of unpaid wages and damages for delay as stated in the above attached Form 2. 2. Judgment without pleading (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
