1. The defendant shall make the money recorded in the aggregate sheet of the attached Table to the plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the remaining designated parties, and shall do so.

1. The Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the remaining designated parties to the claim provide labor under employment by the Defendant as shown in the attached Table.

However, the Defendant did not pay the wages and retirement allowances of the Plaintiff and the remaining designated parties 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on the extension of the due date. Thus, the Defendant is entitled to claim damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in Article 37(1) of the Labor Standards Act and Article 17 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act from the date of calculation to the date of full payment, which is the day following the 14 days from the date of retirement to the date of full payment.
