[criminal power] On September 7, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, intrusions, larceny, etc. at the Changwon District Court on November 29, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 29, 2017, and the execution of the sentence was completed on December 31, 2017.

1. A thief: (a) around 04:27 June 12, 2019, the Defendant: (b) took advantage of the difference in the victim’s business in the window B and “D” operated by the victim C; and (c) took advantage of the difference in the victim’s business and took advantage of the difference in the victim’s business, the Defendant stolen the victim’s vehicle exhauster’s market value amounting to KRW 200,000, total market value of the victim’s possession in front of the toilet of the maintenance station, one “deel90A”, one “ Sorae 90”, and two “Lew 90” loaded the E-W 3 cargo loaded.

Around 04:00 on June 13, 2019, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle of KRW 5.6km from the front side of the window at Changwon-si to the front side of the window at Changwon-si, to the G road at Changwon-si (from May 12, 2019 to June 30, 2019) during the suspension period of a motor vehicle driver’s license (from May 12, 2019 to June 30, 2019).

3. On June 1, 2019, at around 04:24, the Defendant: (a) committed theft, having four wheel chairs from among the victim J-owned vehicles of KRW 1,200,000, at the victim J-owned market value, in front of a window for Changwon-si and I toilets; and (b) had four wheel chairs on the vehicle loaded in one Ewing and III.
At around 04:30 on June 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) loaded four wheel chairss in front of a toilet at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1) with loaded four wheel chairs equivalent to KRW 600,00,00 at the market price of the above victim’s possession, which was in front of the toilet; and (b) stolen them.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property amounting to KRW 1,800,000 on two occasions.

4. From August 5, 2019, at around 04:30 on August 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) had three volts powder powder (less than 500 UV) equivalent to 100,000 won in the market value of L owned by the victim located at K at the construction site located at K; and (b) had them loaded on Epoter vehicles.
