1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

A. B At the time of working as a self-support team leader in the current social welfare policy of the health and welfare bureau (the current public welfare department), the C Center was in charge of the operation support and supervision of the C Center.

2. A person who does not fall under any of the subparagraphs of Article 31 of the Local Public Officials Act and whose eligibility for application has not been suspended by any other Act or subordinate statute (the Local Public Officials Act shall apply mutatis mutandis) and whose resident registration

3. Screening method first: On December 16, 2015, document screening type : Notice of the interview and announcement of successful applicants only for successful applicants in the document screening type.
