1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) G:
A. The delivery of the building stated in Paragraph 4 of the attached Table from the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) D.
Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant G is the owner of the “building 2” of the 4th floor located in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L, and Defendant H is the owner of the “building 2” of the “Building 2” of the instant 2nd floor, Defendant H is the owner of the “Building 2” of the “One House” of the 3rd floor located in N, and Defendant G and H are women. Defendant G are women. 2) Defendant I is the licensed real estate agent who operates the real estate brokerage business under the trade name of the “P Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” from Jung-gu, Incheon to November 20, 2014. Defendant J is the licensed real estate agent who operates the real estate brokerage business under the same trade name from November 26, 2014 to the same place, and Defendant K works as a broker at the said P Licensed Real Estate Agent’s office.
B. On October 23, 2014, Plaintiff A entered into a lease agreement with Defendant C, claiming that Defendant C is the agent of Defendant C as to the instant one house Q, and entered into a lease agreement with Defendant C, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 40 million for the instant one house Q from October 24, 2014 to October 23, 2016; Plaintiff B paid the full deposit amount to Defendant C; Plaintiff B moved into the instant one house Q Q from December 31, 2014; Plaintiff B entered into a lease agreement with Defendant C, claiming that Defendant C is the agent of Defendant C as to the instant one house; Plaintiff B moved into the lease deposit amount of KRW 32 million for the lease deposit and the lease deposit amount from October 24, 2014 to October 23, 2016; and Plaintiff B paid the full deposit amount to Defendant C, setting the lease deposit amount from Defendant C’s office to December 13, 2015 to December 14, 2015.
3 On February 25, 2015, Plaintiff C claimed at the P Licensed Real Estate Agent Office as Defendant K’s agent by means of the brokerage of Defendant H on February 25, 2015 with respect to the instant one house subparagraph, the lease deposit is KRW 40 million, and the lease term is from February 28, 2015 to February 2016.
