A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a building owner of a “F” restaurant operated by Victim E (V, 27 years old) in Daegu-gu D.

1. On November 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (a) had the victim drinked in the above restaurant and had the victim engage in an indecent act; and (b) had the victim engage in an indecent act by force; and (c) whether the Defendant “I am without the softenth test.”

The term “Habri” referred to as “Habri”, etc. used the victim’s “Habri” as a defect.

Accordingly, the victim who is likely to be disturbed by the above restaurant is faced with the floor of the defendant's hand, the defendant, and the defendant, by hand, carried with the victim's hand, an area in which the cafeteria is located.

3. On November 2015, the Defendant: (a) made the victim take drinking water from the above restaurant around 22:00 to an acting engineer with whom the Defendant’s name is unknown; and (b) made the Defendant take drinking water from the above restaurant.

When the injured person demands the calculation of the value of the beverage number, the Defendant is a woman with the mind of forcing the injured person to commit an indecent act against the injured person and is a woman in front of the above substitute engineer.

“Along with the victim’s grandchildren, the victim’s fingers, followed by the victim’s shoulder, and her shouldered by hand.

4. On December 12, 2015, the Defendant, at the early 19:00, committed an indecent act against the victim at the above restaurant, with the intent of forcing the victim to commit an indecent act, and the victim in the carcter reached three to four times on his hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim four times.
