A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) from April 2016 to September 2016, 2016, the female fluor of the E High School located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Gwangju; and (b) the victims were the father of the said fluor.

1. A crime committed against the victim F (one-seven years of age), committed against the victim F;

A. On May 2016, the Defendant: (a) had a gymnasium at the above E-high school gymnasium; and (b) had the victim gymnasium gymnasium gymnasium gymnasium, and had the victim gymnasium gymnasium gymnasium

B. On July 2016, the Defendant: (a) had been sprinked in the above E-high school gymnasiums; (b) had been sprinked in a softened time to report the victims who were seated in the sprink; and (c) had been seated on the side of the victim with a view to forcing the victims to commit an indecent act; and (d) had been spucked in the victim’s hand.

Defendant 2 committed an indecent act on the part of a juvenile victim on two occasions as above.

2. A crime committed against victim G (nive, 16 years old);

A. On May 2016, the Defendant: (a) in the E-high school gymnasiums 2016, she was killed in the victim, and was involved in forced indecent act during the conversation with the Defendant; (b) in his/her own hand, the victim’s bucks inside the bucks and bucks inside and outside the part of the victim.

B. On August 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim at the above E High School Sports Center (hereinafter “E”) in the middle of 2016, with the Defendant’s mind of committing a forced indecent act during the conversation by holding the victim seated, and the victim’s bucks in depth with the victim’s bucks, and the victim’s inside and outside the arms were bucks.

Defendant 2 committed an indecent act on the part of a juvenile victim on two occasions as above.

3. A crime committed against the victim H (a person under 16 years of age), committed against him/her;

A. At around July 2016 to August 8, 2016, the Defendant, at the above E-high school gymnasiums, committed an indecent act by force while making a victim, who has finished a rehabilitation treatment, sits on the side of the sloping where the Defendant was seated, and talks.
