Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, on December 2, 2015, found the D vehicle license plate, which was owned by the victim C, at the street at the entrance of B, at around 16:00, in order to the end of 2015.

The defendant did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, but did so with the purpose of attaching it to his own vehicle that was seized due to the unpaid fines for negligence.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall unlawfully use a motor vehicle registration number plate;

Nevertheless, on January 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) attached the D vehicle number plate acquired in front of the hot spring site in Pocheon-si, Sincheon-si, as described in paragraph (1) at the street, to its own FIst vehicle number plate; and (b) unlawfully used the vehicle registration number plate from around the above day to around 13:50 of the same month.

3. On January 25, 2016, the Defendant driven the said rocketing without the driver’s license in a section of about 2 km from the right side of the hot spring site located in 13:50 square meters, to the front road of the natural fertilizer parking lot located in 74-70, 3791, 3791, from the right side of the hot spring site located in 13:50 square meters, to the right side of the natural fertilizer parking lot.

[2017 High 2021] The Defendant was a person who owns Funst Cargo Vehicles;

1. On April 28, 2016, a person driving a motor vehicle on the road located in the street in the front of the G in the city of Macheon-si to the front of the public health clinic, without obtaining a driver’s license on or around 06:30 on April 28, 2016;

2. Operation of the said cargo vehicle at the same time and at the same place as the preceding paragraph, where mandatory insurance is not covered.
