A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 700,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a fine of KRW 1,500,000 as a fine in the same court on December 10, 2010, respectively.

On November 23, 2014, at around 14:15, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of approximately 0.076% from a section of approximately 1km to the front road of the Agricultural Marinae in the Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Goakdong-do without a driver’s license, in the state of being drunk from a section of about 1km to the front road of the Agricultural Marinae in the same Ri.
