Punishment of the crime
1. Highest 2014
A. A. B and E conspired with the victim C to commit the crime on September 1, 2013, around 03:16, 2013. Around 03:16, the victim C located in the F located in Gunsan-si was killed and damaged by entering and leaving a door door of glass, and invaded into the door, and stolen the flapsing amounting to the total market price of the victim’s possession at the display site of KRW 500,000,000.
The Defendant: (a) operated a vehicle on the same day to aid the theft of the victim’s goods as above; (b) obstructed the location of the crime; and (c) aided and abetted the crime by burning the stolen goods into the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle when escaping from the place of crime.
B. Around September 7, 2013, in collusion with the victim H, D, E used the JJ room operated by the victim H located in Gunsan-si, Sinsan-si, with a view to making it possible for the victim H to mar and damage the above gold door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door, which was prepared in advance at the above door door door door door around 04:24 on the same day, and invaded into that door, and stolen it with a half of the total market price of eight million won owned by the victim at the display site, and a gold door.
Around September 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) provided the Defendant with a “L” office operated by the Defendant located in K in Hasan-si, as seen above, with a view to helping the Defendant stealing the victim’s goods; and (b) aided and abetted the Defendant by providing the Defendant with the “L” office.
2. On November 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) connected the Internet “M” car page by using a computer installed in the pawning Center where the name located in the Young-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) registered the following website “M”; and (c) reported the Defendant’s writing posted and contacted the victim N, who made the contact, thereby selling the wheelchairs and typors that would normally be used.
