Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) took possession of stolen objects embezzlement on the side of “D cafeteria” (hereinafter “D cafeteria”); (b) 32,000 won in cash; (c) National Bank CC card 1; (d) credit card 4; and (e) sports center membership card 1; and (e) did not take necessary procedures, such as acquiring and returning to the victim E-owned by the victim; and (d) took on his/her own thought he/she had it.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. From April 5, 2013 to April 12:58, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased a new box from G located in F at F at F at P time; (b) presented that he/she was his/her own card, and had the said employee pay 47,200 won of the price; and (c) obtained a lost physical check from the said employee by having the said employee pay 47,200 won; and (d) obtained the pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount from the exemption of the payment of the price; and (e) purchased goods from April 10:17, 2013 to 13:37 of the same day on the same day, the Defendant acquired the above national bank’s physical cards lost by the same method; and (e) acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to 385,600 won by removing the payment of the price.

3. On April 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 03:10, the victim K, an employee, opened a safe located in the knife and attempted to steal cash in the knife at the J convenience store located in I; (b) but (c) the Defendant did not commit an attempted theft because the knife of the knife by the knife of the knife and the knife of the knife and the knife.
