Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 30, 2013, from around 17:50 to around 18:00 the same day, the Defendant opened a gambling for the purpose of profit-making, one of the following directors, namely, opening a gambling place (the “scambine”), and providing them with an opportunity for gambling with his name-free customers and 20 times, by inserting three strings of the strings for profit-making purposes.
