Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the pastor of the D church in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and the victim E had the above church.
At present, the above church is divided into a private person's support person's private defendant and a victim's support person's support for F as the center of the victim's damage. In the process, while the defendant and the victim were in criminal litigation due to the operation and management of the church, they reported the second floor of the above church and the closing tower to the Gu office of Gwangju Metropolitan City in around 2016 and around 2017, as illegal buildings. In this process, the victim did not have paid any petition related to illegal buildings to the Gu office of Gwangju Metropolitan City, and the defendant did not know who was at the time.
1. On April 2017, 2017, the Defendant discussed that “E is not a member of the Gu office” to G in the instant church shop near the 518 Park Park Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and that G viewed the fact from the Defendant to H in a conflicting relation with the Defendant.
Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts.
2. On May 1, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around May 1, 2017, the Defendant met H in conflict with the Defendant at the J coffee shop located in Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu; and (b) did not file a petition with the Defendant that E would bring the petition to the original church.
Then, the Defendant stated that the human being was “a new school with that human being as a new school” and H expressed the above facts to K.
Accordingly, the defendant injured the victim's reputation by openly pointing false facts, and the summary of the evidence.
