1. The Defendants jointly do so to the Plaintiffs:

(a)in the first floor of the building listed in the separate sheet, the indication of the annexed sheet 2, 3, 4, 11, .

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 1, 2011, the Plaintiffs, among the buildings listed in the separate sheet, leased to the Defendants a lease deposit of KRW 30 million and KRW 1.4 million from December 1, 201 to November 30, 201, on the condition that the expenses for the purification of water supply and drainage and septic tanks are separately determined and paid. The Plaintiffs, among the buildings listed in the separate sheet, leased to the Defendants a lease deposit of KRW 30 million and KRW 1.4 million from December 1, 201 to November 30, 2013.

B. After that, the instant lease agreement was renewed, and the Plaintiffs and the Defendants agreed to raise the monthly rent at KRW 1.8 million.

C. From February 2016, the Defendants did not pay rent. On July 6, 2016, the Plaintiffs, through content-certified mail, notified the Defendants to the effect that the instant lease agreement will be terminated on the grounds of delay in the payment of rent when the Defendants did not pay rent and water supply and drainage fee due to the unpaid payment by July 30, 2016, and the said notification reached the Defendants around that time.

As of the closing date of the instant pleading, the Defendants did not pay the rent for February, March, May, May, and July, 2016, and the water supply and sewerage fee of KRW 576,000 during the said period.

2. Determination

A. According to the above facts, the instant lease agreement was lawfully terminated around July 30, 2016 by the Plaintiffs’ notice of termination on the grounds of the Defendants’ non-payment of rent.

Therefore, the Defendants jointly deliver the instant building to the Plaintiffs, and jointly pay KRW 7,776,00 (the sum of the unpaid fees for rent and water supply and sewerage charges for February, 2016 plus KRW 7,200,00 (1.8 million x 4 months) and KRW 576,00 for the aforementioned period). From August 1, 2016, the following day after the termination of the instant lease agreement.
