Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in beauty art business.

1. Notwithstanding the fact that a person who violates the Medical Service Act is not a medical person but is not a medical person, the Defendant, from January 9, 2013 to September 17, 2015, performed medical acts, such as 100,000 won per hour within Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Btel 1307, and 1 to 2 times per month after receiving the amount of KRW 100,000 per hour.
