1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The current status of the instant land and the owner 1) The instant land and the North-gu Northern-si, Pohang-si (hereinafter “K land”) 397 square meters

The Defendants are currently operating buildings and Na-dong buildings.
