Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 19, 2015, the Defendant was exposed to police officers C, etc. working in the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station B, which was exposed to eight-lanes in front of the dispatching middle school located in the airport Dong in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and was subject to a warning at the site.

Around 22:45 on the same day, the Defendant found in the said B District located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and raised complaints against the Defendant regarding the fact that the Defendant requested to present his identification card at the time of regulating the illegal crossing of the road without permission, and brought about a riotous speech and behavior at the public office for about nine minutes, such as “I am dys off the road and grow off, and I am son.”
