Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 17, 2018, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) around 23:33, the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Gangseo-gu Seoul Police Station D District Police Station: (b) sought a complaint from a police officer on the facts arrested in the act of assault, and (c) sought an explanation of the procedure for filing an objection from the police officer working in the situation, and (d) received a recommendation from the police officer working in the situation to return home; (b) however, the Defendant refused to do so, the Defendant committed an act of revocation for about 12 minutes at D District, which is a government office, by “the police officer who arrested ice, sark, and sark.”

2. At the time and place set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim E, a police official working in the situation, by referring to “this Chewing typ, less sark, bottle wres” while the civilian F followed.
