Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Where the driver of any motor vehicle intends to turn to the left at the intersection, he/she shall go slowly along the median line of the road in advance and turn to the left at the center of the intersection.

Nevertheless, around 15:44 on June 23, 2014, the Defendant continued two lanes, the two-lanes, the two-lanes, the straightest, from the Sinung-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, to the Sucheon-do intersection, and violated the passage method through the intersection.
