Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 8,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

The Defendants respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A’s opening of a gambling space, the Defendant’s violation of the National Sports Promotion Act, in collusion with D, E, from October 2013 to May 2014, the Defendant: (a) from February 28, 2014 to May 2014, the Defendant: (b) from February 28, 2014 to May 1, 2014, opened an illegal Internet sports soil site as prescribed in subparagraph 103 of Article 103 of the Busan-gun-gun, Busan-gun, with overall management of its site; (c) investing KRW 95 million in E; (d) investing KRW 87 million in investment to distribute profits therefrom; and (e) having received KRW 100,000 from its members by offering its members; and (e) having received KRW 750,500,000 from its members by offering its members; and (e) having received KRW 106,500,000 from its members by offering its members.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with D and E, opened a space for gambling for profit, and at the same time, issued sports promotion voting rights or similar things (including the issuance through an information and communication network) to those who win the result, who are not the Seoul Olympic Games National Sports Promotion Foundation and the entrusted business operator, and performed a similar act, which is an act of providing property or financial benefits.

2. From October 29, 2013 to March 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) visited G, etc., which is an illegal Internet sports soil site; and (b) remitted a certain amount to the national bank account, which is the above gambling site’s operation account, to the betting price at home and abroad, posted on the above gambling site; and (c) received a designated dividend in the event of money deposited five consecutive times.
