1. Defendant C shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
C was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act at the Busan District Court on April 17, 2014, and the said judgment was finalized on December 11, 2014. On June 25, 2014, Defendant D was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution on October 24, 2014 by imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of opening gambling spaces at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch Branch, Busan District Court's Dong Branch, and the said judgment was finalized on October 24, 2014.

1. From Jun. 2013 to Aug. 25, 2013, Defendant A opened a website of 907 Dong-dong, Busan High-gu, Busan High-gu, Busan High-gu, which is an illegal sports soil site, and recruited its members, and provided AD with an amount equivalent to KRW 3 million for membership fees and KRW 1 million for membership fees, and operated a gambling site to pay and exchange a fixed dividend of five consecutive times for the winning of domestic and overseas sports games by accessing the website. In operating the gambling site, the Defendant invested KRW 50 million in the amount of money and kept the safe purchased by I.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the establishment of gambling space I and D.
2. From the early July 2013 to August 25, 2013, Defendant B operated the “L” site, which is an illegal sports soil site, as set out in the preceding paragraph, Defendant (i) invested KRW 20 million, and (ii) introduced a new investor C to the said site to make an investment.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the establishment of gambling space I and D.
3. The Defendant: (a) from August 29, 2013 to December 13, 2013, at the Defendant’s residence of Busan M&M building 1405; (b) opened an illegal sports soil site of “N” upon taking over a server located in an area located under the Chinese river from which D used; and (c) granted a ID to recruit its members to access games; and (d) posted a sports game on the said site to many members, includingO, at the same time.
