Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at around 03:30 on March 18, 2016, connected the “CPC room” located in Ulsandong-gu B using a computer installed therein to “D”, which is an Internet illegal gambling site. The Defendant transferred KRW 50,000 won to the charging account of the above site by means of a passbook transfer, and then, using cyber money in an amount equivalent to the same amount, sent the card with 2 card with 50,000 won and 21 times the sum of the last card and the 21 times the amount of the betting amount by a person who was close to the last card.
