Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

While working as a daily worker at the same construction site as the victim B, the defendant opened his/her mobile phone using his/her resident registration certificate in the name of the victim and received small-amount settlement service and disposed of the above mobile phone as an official machine and raised money and valuables.

1. On April 25, 2018, around 14:00, the Defendant taken out one resident registration certificate of the victim issued by the head of Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City within the bank of the victim who was in custody of the victim at the above accommodation while the victim was present at the school.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. Forgery of private documents;

A. On April 25, 2018, the Defendant sent text messages to G operating “F” in thischeon-si, E as if he/she was the nominal owner of the above resident registration certificate, and then sent the above B’s resident registration certificate to Kwikset service, and sent a copy of the passbook of H bank in the name of H bank in the above B’s name as text messages. On April 25, 2018, the Defendant sent the text messages to the effect that “B” was pretended to be the nominal owner of the above resident registration certificate, and that “B” and the subscriber’s address was “B” and “K” and the part on the date of birth and contact part of “B” entered “M” and “B” in the bank account number/N of the method of paying fees, and then made the above application form to enter the lower part of “B”.

As a result, the Defendant forged a written application for the mobile phone entry in B, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On April 30, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime of April 30, 2018, called “F” by phone to the G that operates the said “F,” and the Defendant’s name on the said resident registration certificate.
