A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Indecent acts by compulsion;
A. At around 01:00 on March 17, 2019, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim, such as: (a) at a singing room operated by the victim C (a person, fel, 48 years of age) in Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Seoul, 201, the Defendant refused it; (b) the victim refused it; (c) the victim kids the victim; and (d) the victim kis the victim kis by getting kis; and (c) the victim kis from being pushed the victim’s body; (d) the victim kis on the body of the victim kis; (e) the victim kis from the victim’s hand to the head; (e) putting his fingers into the victim’s hand; and (e) kising the victim’s fingers into the victim’s clothes; and (e) forcing the victim to have the victim’s clothes, with the victim’s s clothes.
B. At around 00:30 on March 31, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act under the above paragraph (1) against the victim; (b) committed an indecent act by forcing the victim by forcing him/her to wear the victim’s face, etc. after cutting the victim’s arms with his/her arms; (c) he/she gets off his/her arms; and (d) he/she gets out of his/her sexual organ and immediately gets the victim’s sexual organ; but (d) the victim refused it; (e) the victim refused it; (e) putting the victim on his/her part; (e) putting him/her on his/her part; and (e) putting the victim’s two arms on his/her part; and (e) putting him/her on his/her chest and clothes; and (e) putting him/her back his/her fingers into his/her hand.
2. At around 19:00 on April 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) entered a room in which the victim would be subject to death; (b) opened the victim himself/herself; (c) opened the kis; (d) divided the victim’s shoulder; and (d) opened the chest into the victim’s shoulder; and (d) embling the chest into the victim’s clothes; and (e) put the victim’s fingers into the part of the victim’s clothes by pressureing the victim resisting the victim against him/her by force.
