The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. The main point of the grounds for appeal is as follows: (a) the lower court’s imprisonment for a period of four months (four months) shall be deemed uncomfortable

2. The crime of this case is very serious that the defendant, who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for three years for the crime of rape, etc., sent a letter to the victim that he would be able to grow more than one another while serving in prison.
