A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 2016, the Defendant: (a) provided “C” offices located in Gangnam-gun, Gangnam-do; and (b) received money from gambling participants for the purpose of acquiring money, such as the fees for the use of a place.
On December 2, 2016, the Defendant provided a place for gambling participants in gambling, such as "c" office, D, E, and F, in order to engage in gambling, at the office of "C," located in Gangnam-gun, Gangnam-gun, Jinjin-gun, and received 10,000 won per hour from gambling participants under the name of the place leasing fees, and provided a 's fee' in 10,000 won for each game, so that a certain amount of money is collected if the money is collected, and the Defendant lent the money to the participants in gambling with a high interest rate, at a high interest rate.
B. 2. No person who violates the Interest Limitation Act shall receive interest exceeding 25% per annum on or before February 7, 2018, and 24% per annum on or after February 8, 2018.
Nevertheless, on September 20, 2017, the Defendant loaned KRW 15 million to D at the rate of 120% per annum (10% per annum) from “K” located in the JJ of Gangnam-gun, Gangnam-gun, and the Defendant extended the interest of KRW 1.5 million per annum from September 20, 2017 to February 21, 2018.
