1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to the Defendant A’s KRW 34,219,709 and KRW 30,000 among them, Defendant A’s KRW 34,219,70,000.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. From August 17, 1993 to September 27, 1993, Defendant A borrowed KRW 328,163984, such as the Industrial Bank of Korea’s list of loans and the details of delay damages in the attached list, from the Industrial Bank of Korea. Defendant B jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan obligations against Defendant A Industrial Bank of Korea with respect to loans of Nos. 2 through 6 in the attached list of loans (within the scope of the guarantee limit of KRW 91,00,000 in the case of loans No. 3) in the attached list of loan sights (within the limit of KRW 91,00,00).
B. The Industrial Bank of Korea filed a civil suit against Defendant A, B, and E claiming loans from the Busan District Court 94Kadan13158, and against the Plaintiff on July 18, 1994:
A. As to the Defendant A’s KRW 34,219,709 and KRW 30,000 among them, 17% per annum from September 8, 1993; from September 27, 1993 to the date of full payment; and
B. Defendant A and B jointly and severally share 34,314,304 won and 34,194,182 won with 17% interest per annum from September 15, 1993 to the date of full payment;
C. As regards the Defendant A’s KRW 102,70,000 and KRW 32,800,000 per annum from December 23, 1993 to the date of full payment, KRW 17% per annum for KRW 65,600,00 per annum for the period from November 19, 193; KRW 8.5% per annum for the period from the next day to the date of full payment; KRW 17% per annum for the period from November 30, 1993 to the date of full payment; and KRW 8.5% per annum for the period from the next day to the date of full payment; and KRW 17% per annum for the period from the next day to the date of full payment; and
D. Defendant B is jointly and severally with Defendant A.

E. As regards Defendant A and E’s joint and several KRW 154,400,00 and KRW 24,400,000 per annum for November 15, 1993, KRW 8.5% per annum for the period from the next day to the day of full payment, KRW 17% per annum for KRW 20,000,00 per annum for the period from November 22, 1993 to the day of full payment, KRW 70,00 per annum for KRW 70,00 per annum for the period from November 22, 1993, and KRW 8.5% per annum for the period from November 22, 1993.
