A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months and by a fine not exceeding 1,500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 379" Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On April 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 20:0 on April 9, 2019, purchased approximately 00,000 grophones and marijuana trade; (b) purchased approximately 0.05 g of dried crops (hereinafter referred to as “crophones”) and traded marijuana and crophones, which are psychotropic substances contained in the single-use injection machine, and sold them after purchasing approximately 0.10 g of dried crops, which are contained in the psychotropic machine in the single-use injection machine.

2. From Apr. 9, 2019 to Oct. 10, 2019, the Defendant, from Apr. 20, 2019 to Apr. 20, 2019, carried a philophone by inserting approximately 0.05 g of a philophone, which is contained in the disposable injection machine purchased from C from Oct. 21:00 of the same month, as described in paragraph (1), into the Defendant’s vehicle and clothes.

3. On April 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) administered a phiphone on April 10, 2019; (b) performed dilution by inserting water into a disposable injection instrument containing approximately 0.025 g of phiphones purchased from C, such as the statement in paragraph (1); and (c) injected phiphones into the Defendant’s right arms and administered phiphones.

4. On April 11, 2019, the Defendant smoking marijuana: (a) around 02:0 on April 11, 2019, at the Damo Eel room, sealed 0.025g of the dried hemp leaves purchased from C as described in paragraph (1), and smoked marijuana by inserting it into the pipe in which it is stuffed; and (b) attaching a fire to it.

5. From April 9, 2019 to around 11, 201, the Defendant carrying marijuana for smoking purposes: (a) from around April 20, 2019 to around 02:00 of the same month; (b) from around April 9, 2019 to around 02:00 of the same month, the Defendant carried marijuana for the purpose of smoking by inserting approximately 0.10g of the dried marijuana, purchased from C, as described in paragraph (1), into the clothes; and (c) from around 02:00 of the same month to 12:20 of the same day, from around 11:0 of the same month, the Defendant carried marijuana for the purpose of smoking by inserting approximately 0.05g of the said dry marijuana, as an idea of smoking.

6. On June 15, 2019, the Defendant for smoking a phiphone or marijuana medication around June 15, 2019: around 14:0 on June 15, 201.
