A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates "E" with 8 simple beds and 3 smugglings equipped with bathing facilities on the D and 2nd floor in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si.

From August 1, 2014 to July 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) instructed female employees F to engage in commercial sex acts; and (b) received 120,000 won in consideration of commercial sex acts from August 1, 2014 to July 30, 2015, the Defendant engaged in commercial sex acts by arranging commercial sex acts to female employees more than 4.50 times in the same place; (c) having 120,000 won in consideration of commercial sex acts; and (d) having 50,000 won in total acquired as a broker for commercial sex acts, the Defendant engaged in commercial sex acts by gaining approximately 2,50,000 won in consideration of commercial sex acts.
