A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence 12 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2016. 7. 1. 경 구인 구직 사이트 ‘ 알 바 몬’ 을 통해 알게 된 성명 불상자( 위 챗 대화명 ‘D’, 아이 디 ‘E’, 이하 ‘ 위 성명 불상자’ 라 한다 )로부터 소위 보이스 피 싱 사기 인출 책 제안을 받고, 그의 지시에 따라 타인 명의 계좌로 송금된 사기 피해 금원을 인출하여 위 성명 불상 자가 지시하는 계좌로 송금하기로 위 성명 불상자와 공모하였다.

1. Violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act;

A. At around 08:50 on July 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sent the post near the old distribution station in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, 17, and (b) stored three physical cards in the name of a bank (G) in the name-unkwikset’s name, which was put in the above post by Kwikset’s delivery engineer; (c) one national bank body card (G) in the name of H; and (d) one bank card (J) in the name of H in total.

Accordingly, the defendant kept access media for the purpose of using them for crime.

B. Around 08:50 on July 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) kept, according to the direction of the above, the Defendant: (b) a company bank cream card (M); (c) one community bank cream card (O); (b) two community bank cream card (T; (T); (v) one bank cream card in the name of S; and (v) one national bank cream card in the name of U; and (v) one bank cream card in the name of U; (b) one bank cream card in the name of U; and (c) one bank cream card (O) in the name of U in the name of U.

Accordingly, the defendant kept access media for the purpose of using them for crime.

2. On July 26, 2016, the Defendant was instructed to make a deposit of money into the designated account by withdrawing the money if money is deposited into the connection account of the e-mail card kept under the same circumstance as the indicated in paragraph (1) from the above person in the name of the Defendant.

On the other hand, the non-name singing staff shall be the victim on July 15, 2015.
