1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 26,93,140 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 21, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

The amendment of the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuit is subject to the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, and thus, the part of the claim in excess of the scope is dismissed.
