1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 27, 2016 to the date of full payment.

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

The amendment of the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuit is subject to the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, and thus, the part of the claim in excess of the scope is dismissed.
