A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who actually operated the “D Game Center” on the Gangnam-si C and the second floor, and E is a person who provided the registration name of the said game hall from around August 5, 2016 to around September 8, 2016 and works as an employee; and F is a person who provided the registration name of the said game hall from around September 8, 2016 to around September 20, 2016.

1. No one shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging such exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water;

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 E, F과 함께 위 게임 장에서 환전 영업을 하기로 순차 모의한 후, 피고인은 2016. 8. 5. 경부터 2016. 9. 20. 경 사이에 위 게임 장에 ‘ 골드 샷’ 게임 기 40대를 설치하고, 불특정 다수의 손님들이 위 오락실에 설치된 게임 물의 이용을 통하여 획득한 아이템카드의 환 전을 요청하면 아이템카드 (5,000 점) 1장 당 수수료 10%를 공제한 후 환전하여 주고, E은 2016. 8. 5. 경부터 2016. 9. 20. 경 사이에 피고인에게 위 게임 장의 등록 명의를 제공하면서 위 게임 장의 종업원으로 근무하고, F은 2016. 9. 8. 경부터 2016. 9. 20. 경 사이에 A에게 위 게임 장의 등록 명의를 제공하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with E and F, exchanged intangible results obtained through the use of game water for business purposes.

2. No one shall provide game water of a content different from the game water classified by the Committee on Water Management for the use of such game water to provide classified game water for a violation of rating;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, along with E and F, engaged in the business of using game water different from the contents of the rating classified in the above game, and the Defendant, from August 5, 2016 to September 20, 2016, was classified into the game water management committee with the content that the game water management committee did not perform its automatic function.
