1. The Defendant: (a) from February 21, 2012, the Plaintiff 1,00,000 won for each of the KRW 46,389,816, Plaintiff B, C, and D, and each of them.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The parties concerned Plaintiff A is a person who received treatment from the Defendant working in the F Hospital due to a new friendly infection, etc., and Plaintiff B is the husband of Plaintiff A, and Plaintiff C and D are children of Plaintiff C and D.
B. On January 30, 2012, Plaintiff A, who only had a high blood pressure and rain for string and removing string, was inspected by the Defendant on January 30, 2012, and was found to have removed five strings (less than five mm) as a result of the inspection.
C. On February 18, 2012, at G Hospital, Plaintiff A was admitted to the G Hospital with a hump, such as a hump, Gutotoma, etc., but the Plaintiff was asked by the doctor in charge of the diagnosis of Plaintiff A to be hospitalized because he/she is doubtful that the hump infection (hereinafter referred to as “hump infection”) was suspected. However, the Plaintiff returned home without being urged to be hospitalized.
F병원에서 원고 A의 치료 경과 및 동강병원으로 전원 1) 원고 A은 2012. 2. 21. 지속적인 옆구리 및 우측 하복부 통증, 구토, 설사 등 증세로 F병원에 내원하여 피고로부터 진찰을 받았는데, 피고는 원고 A에 대한 문진, 촉진, 소변혈액X-RAY 검사 등을 거쳐 원고 A에게 우측 하복부 통증(RLQ tenderness, right lower quadrant tenderness)이 있음과 UA WBC 3 , WBC(백혈구 수치) 16900(86.9%), CRP(C 반응성 단백, 간에서 만들어지는 단백질 수치) 20 이상 등을 확인하고 신우신염, 장염, 신기능이상 이라 진단하여 입원을 권유하였다. 2) 원고 A은 2012. 2. 21. 피고의 권유에 따라 F병원에 입원하여 신우신염 등에 대한 항생제 치료 등을 받아 왔는데 2012. 2. 25. 19:00경부터 19:30경 사이에 발열, 복부 통증과 가슴을 쿡쿡 찌르는 듯한 증상 등이 있다고 호소하였고, 피고는 같은 날 20:00경부터 20:40경 사이에 원고 A을 진찰한 후 '지속적인 우측 하복부 통증으로 타 병원에서 검사하였으나 특이소견 없어서 2월 21일 본원에...
