Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On July 5, 2017, around 01:19, the Defendant, at the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu B building Cdong parking lot, stolen the Defendant, holding a wallet of KRW 300,000 at the market price, containing a cash of KRW 500,000,000, which was in cash at the victim’s E Spo-type vehicle’s Epoxbox.
B. On July 22, 2017, around 05:25, the Defendant stolen the F building parking lot in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, with a wallet 200,000 won in cash located at the bottom of the driving seat of the victim G H H H H H car, and at the storage space under the steering seat of the victim H H H H H car, with a wallet 20,000 won at the market price.
C. At around 04:28 on July 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stolen cash of KRW 30,000, and the market price of KRW 20,00,00, located in the contact box of the victim J, EW, EW, EW, EW, EW, and the mobile phone auxiliary box at KRW 20,00,00.
On January 10, 2018, the Defendant thefted KRW 300,000 with cash 30,000,000,000, which was in the victim M M’s Nyna private taxi parking lot at Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
E. On March 08, 2018, the Defendant stolen 300,000 won in cash and 30,000 won in a lot and 30,000 won in a gift certificate, and 5,000 won in a gift certificate, at the Pridge parking lot located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (O).
2. On April 24, 2018, the Defendant attempted to larceny, at the Pridge parking lot located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon on April 24, 2018, the Defendant opened the front door of the driver’s seat of the said vehicle to discover U risk-mo vehicle belonging to the Bupyeong-gu Police Station T where the victim S (39 years of age) is on board and to steal money, and attempted to commit the theft.
