1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs and the Defendants were the promoters of the Committee for Promotion of Charnel (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Committee”) established by M (hereinafter referred to as “M”) to oppose the establishment of a charnel house (hereinafter referred to as “instant charnel house”) to be established on the ground of N two lots of land (hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant real estate”). Plaintiff F, Defendant H, and Defendant I, who were in office as the head of L.

B. Around 2014, M’s establishment of a charnel and a promotion committee was promoted for the establishment of the instant charnel on each of the instant real estate, and the establishment of the promotion committee was promoted mainly by J, K Village, and residents of L Village in the vicinity of each of the instant real estate, and around the end of 2014, the promotion committee consisting of the Plaintiffs, the Defendants, and theO as the promotion committee members.

C. On July 2015, P proposed a plan to pay KRW 120 million as consolation money for the establishment of a charnel house in this case to the Promotion Committee. There was a number of meetings held by the Promotion Committee regarding the receipt and distribution of consolation money. During the meeting, the Defendants raised an objection to the proposal for the receipt and presentation of consolation money and withdrawn from the Promotion Committee.

M’s report on the establishment of the instant charnel and the receipt of consolation money from the Promotion Committee on August 20, 2015, M reported on August 20, 2015 to establish the instant charnel on each of the instant real estate at the 3,936 religious welfare clubs, and the Naju Mayor, upon receipt of the said report on October 8, 2015, issued a certificate of the report on the establishment of the relevant charnel. 2) M issued on October 26, 2015 to the deposit account in the name of the Plaintiff A used as the deposit account of the Promotion Committee.
