Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On January 26, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 4 months and for 6 months in prison with prison labor for night building intrusion theft in the Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of each of the above punishment on June 4, 2019.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Night-time theft of buildings;
A. On March 2, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around March 2, 2020, at around 02:2:21, the Defendant opened the 4th floor door connected to the cresh roof and infringed on the said office with the 60,000 won in cash (the 60th KRW 60,000,00), which was kept by the Defendant, at around 2, 2017, at the Dopopo-si Office operated by the victim C of the third floor; and (b) opened the cresh roof and opened the cresh door with the cresh roof; and (c) went into the said office.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.
