1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) shall pay to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) KRW 32,021,00 with full payment from March 16, 2018.
Reasons
. Facts of recognition.
A. The Plaintiff’s objective is industrial freezing, heating pipe installation, and construction business. The Defendant is a corporation with the objective of business of manufacturing and selling DNA and semiconductor equipment and related products. The Plaintiff’s assistant is a corporation with the objective of business, such as air purification equipment, mutual assistance equipment, etc.
B. On March 1, 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a commodity supply contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the following content.
* Contract term: March 1, 2016 - March 31, 2016 - Terms and Conditions of the contract: the Defendant’s plant PCW construction and installation of auxiliary tanks, concrete beer, decomposition and removal of DI WER equipment * Contract amount:
1. 100,000,000 won for the PCW work at the Natech foundry factory;
2. Installation of fish-support tanks: 4,500,000 won; and
3. Removal, dissolution, and removal of DI WTPP equipment: 5,000,000 won;
4. Total contract amount: 109,500,000 won (excluding value-added tax).
C. In order to implement the instant contract, the Plaintiff supplied scrap freezing (a model name: SDR-U120FB1; hereinafter “instant freezing”) from the Intervenor joining the Plaintiff, and installed in the Defendant’s two-year factory, and completed the dissolution and removal of the DI WTPP equipment.

However, after the completion of the instant construction, melting melting pipes out of the smoke generator located in the freezing machine (hereinafter “instant defect”), and the Defendant demanded the Plaintiff to improve the said problem on April 10, 2017.
E. Around June 12, 2017, the Defendant entered into a contract for the replacement of an explosor and the washing of pipe water tank with C on June 12, 2017, and paid KRW 32,021,00 as the construction cost to C.
F. C ethylise, in accordance with the foregoing contract, the stetra lease, the refluor of drheating machine installed in the freezing machine of this case.
