A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a victim B (n, 45 years of age) and about 3 years of age, and she was a volunteer relationship with the victim B (n, 45 years of age) and was a policeman in April 2019.

1. On May 19, 2016, the Defendant taken photographs of the body of a victim who may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame against his/her will, by using mobile phone camera functions, at the Defendant’s residence located in Gyeong-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, not around 11:30 on May 19, 2016.

2. On May 20, 2019, at around 21:15, the Defendant was waiting for the victim at the top of the entrance of the D apartment E-dong, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, the Defendant was “Chewing, where he was about, where he was about about, where he was about about, and where he was about about.” The Defendant was able to take the lower part of the victim into his hand, and was able to take the Fwing III, which was set up in the E-dong parking lot, leading to the freight lane and forced.

Accordingly, the defendant detained the victim, thereby committing harsh acts.

3. The Defendant of intimidation, at around 20:00 on June 1, 2019, takes photographs of the victim’s body taken in the same manner as the foregoing paragraph (1).
