1. The Defendant has executory power to make a decision of performance recommendation (No. 2014 Ghana35751) against the Cheongyang District Court of the Republic of Korea.

1. On February 2, 2015, based on the executory exemplification of the decision of performance recommendation (No. 2014Gau35751), the Defendant indicated the claim against Nonparty C, the Defendant enforced compulsory execution against the goods indicated in the attached attachment list, but sought non-performance of compulsory execution since the said goods listed in the attached attachment list are owned by the Plaintiff.
