A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be 210,000 won to C who is an applicant for compensation with the amount of damage acquired by deception.

Punishment of the crime

[2013Kadan4056] Around April 11, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the “G PC bank’s website,” “G NAVVER’s online sales,” and the victim H who reported and contacted the Defendant’s writing posted “260,000 won, if sent it, as the deposit is confirmed.”

However, the defendant did not hold a hives and did not have the intention or ability to sell the hives even if he received the price from the victim.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 260,000 won from the national bank account (Account Number, Account Number, I) in the name of the defendant on the same day from the victim and acquired it.

In addition, the Defendant received a total of KRW 11,530,000 from 39 victims each by the following methods from August 9, 2013, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 39.

[2013Kadan4196] Around July 15, 2013, the Defendant posted a false statement at the Defendant’s home located in the JJ, stating that “I am Gaba” bulletin board of the Internet NAV website, “I am Gaba,” and that I will send money to the victim K who reported and contacted.

However, there was no intention or ability to deliver things even if they receive money because the defendant did not possess the above things.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 450,000 won from the victim to the national bank account in the name of L.

On August 9, 2013, the Defendant posted an advertisement letter to the effect that “a capital is sold 600D” on the trading bulletin board by accessing Internet NN’s “China” camera in the Dong-gu Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, and then, on the part of the victimO who reported and contacted this article, the Defendant printed it to “A’s account P in the name of Nonghyup.”
