A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates C with an office in Gyeonggi-si, Gwangju-si, and the victim D (the name, the age of 41) is an employee working in the above company.
